I met Alison 11 years ago when my former pilates’ instructor moved out of town and wanted to continue with lessons. I left group classes several years ago and transitioned to private sessions. Alison creates exercises that are fit to the individual’s strengths and weaknesses. She will adjust the exercises according to how I feel at each session. Alison is one of the best personal trainers I know. Not only is she good in her technique, but she is spiritual and passionate about her clients. She is so dedicated that she rarely misses a session. She is well trained in strength training, pilates, yoga, and nutrition. All her training sessions for each client is not cookie cutter. Each session is individualized as Alison assesses each client to what body part needs strengthening.

Besides privates sessions, she offers group yoga, reiki, and other spiritual classes at her studio.
